Registration

Registration is FULLY online for 2025. All documentation must be uploaded into the Sports Connect system. NO hard copies will be accepted.
Determine eligibility to play at Daniel Boone Little League. There are two requirements - age and geographic:
- Age - Consult Little League's Age Determination or Age Charts (link) to determine your player's League Age. League Ages 4-16 (baseball) or 4-12 (softball) are eligible.
- Geographic - For League Age 7 and below, there are no geographic requirements beginning in 2025. For League Age 8 and above, you must meet either the school or residency requirement. Click the ABOUT US tab above to see a list of schools in our boundaries. If your player does not attend any of those schools, use Little League's League Finder (link) to determine if you live in our boundary. If you do not meet either the school or residency requirement, please send an email to [email protected] to determine if a waiver is possible.
Gather, print, and fill out appropriate documents. Then scan or take photos of them and have them ready to upload (see the FORMS tab above to print):
- Birth certificate (required)
- Medical Release Form (required)
- Concussion Form (required)
- Model Release Form (required)
- School Enrollment Form (if player attends a school in our boundary), OR 3 Proofs of Residency (see acceptable documents at this link)
  - These are not required at the time of registration but must be uploaded before practices begin (League Ages 8+).
Click on the Login button in the upper right corner. This will take you to the Sports Connect website to login/register. If your players are returning, you should already have an account (even if you did not register online last year). If you do not know your password, please reset it. Please do not create a duplicate account.
Once you access your account, please add your players (if not already added) and select the Division you wish you register for:
- Boys may only play Baseball. Girls may choose Softball OR Baseball, but we strongly recommend Softball.
- League Age 4 must play tee-ball (hitting from tee only; score is not kept).
- League Age 5 may choose tee-ball or Intermediate tee-ball (coach pitch/tee hybrid). If your child has never played, we recommend tee-ball. If your child has played a season of tee-ball, we recommend Intermediate tee-ball.
- League Age 6 may choose Intermediate tee-ball or Minors Division (machine pitch). If you choose Minors Division, an evaluation will be required to determine readiness for this division.
- League Age 7-8 must play Minors Division.
- League Age 9-12 must play Majors Division (kid pitch).
- League Age 13-16 (baseball only) must play Junior/Senior Division.
  - This division will likely start AFTER Spring school baseball is over.
You will be prompted to upload all required documentation during the registration process. Documents must be a picture file (jpg, jpeg, gif, png) or pdf. Please ensure all documents are in blue or black ink (pen or typed), fully legible, and signed or initialed as appropriate. League officials will verify all documentation and will return any documentation that does not meet these requirements.
Keep your originals of all paperwork in case we need you to make any modifications.
